1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swift Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Swift Gift Card.

3. Trading Gift Cards

All gift card trades are subject to review and approval. Swift Gift Card reserves the right to reject any trade suspected of being fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise ineligible.

4. Payouts

Approved trades are paid out to your Swift Gift Card wallet at the rate applied at the time of submission. Payouts may be adjusted by an administrator where the submitted card does not match its declared value.

5. Account Suspension

Swift Gift Card may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms or engaged in suspicious activity.
