Refund Policy

Trade Payouts

Once a gift card trade has been approved and paid out to your wallet, the transaction is final and non-reversible except in cases of confirmed error or fraud.

Rejected Trades

If a trade is rejected, no payout is made. Physical cards submitted in error may be returned at the user's request and expense where applicable.

Withdrawal Reversals

If a withdrawal cannot be completed to the provided bank account, the funds will be refunded to your Swift Gift Card wallet.
